In nearly sixty years of making models, there hasn’t been much I haven’t tried. Among them plenty of card building kits. Having way too much time on my hands I got to wondering if I could use the computer to make a card kit myself. Well, once an idea bites...................
I had a lot of fun doing this and have been quite pleased with the result. But then what? Well, then I wondered if anyone else would be interested in putting together one of my kits. So here they are. Please feel free to download, print and assemble - as many as you want. It’s good to give something back to a hobby that has given me a lifetime of pleasure....
Just print out and stick to the various thickness of card as instructed and off you go. The only basics you need are a craft knife, a ruler and and some glue.
The files are in PDF format. To preserve high resolution in printing, they are quite large. However I hope you think it’s worth it. They are also set to print on either UK A4 or US Letter paper.
If you do have a go, please Email me and let me know what you think. I have other ideas and can be tempted to do more!

THE KITS
Ideal for wargames figures of 25mm to 28mm
Half Timbered House.
Timeless. Can be used in any wargaming scenario from Tudor to modern times, as well as for Fantasy gaming. For variety, other doors and windows have been included. Just cut out the the ones on the building and stick new ones from behind, for greater depth. This kit has been greatly improved since the photos were taken
Fantasy House
A great little kit with a nice saggy roof!
Like the other kit, this one has extra doors and windows as well as other bits ‘n bobs to vary and enhance it

Shoddy Shops.
Not a straight wall to be found! Old, decrepit and ready to collapse at the first sneeze, these old shops are are just hanging on. Alternative front is provided to convert the building to a disreputable “Smuggler’s Rest”. Ideal for those pirate figures
Posh Place
From the other side of town, this over-decorated building is about as ostentatious as they get!
Done up like an iced cake, this is obviously the home of some wealthy self-opinionated merchant.
